About Us
We are a small group of cat lovers who have been supporting cats in difficult life situations on a voluntary basis for more than 10 years. For this purpose, we founded the non-profit organization “Katzenschutz Inntal eV” in February 2022.
Our hearts especially belong to the cats who don't have a lobby. Artists of life in all situations.
Our association has various private foster homes to take in cats in emergency situations, provide them with veterinary care and place them in long-term homes. Our most important concern is to help cats live a happy life and to bring people and animals together.
Our motivation
Our most important concern is to sustainably reduce the suffering of cats, which means neutering the cats, nurturing them and finding them a nice home. These cats are usually so grateful that words cannot express it. Shy cats often turn out to be cuddly cats.
Our goals are to support cats in need and also to make people aware that every cat has a wonderful companion. Often all they need is time and love...

Projects
Close cooperation with farmers, communities and regional veterinarians is important to us. We are proactive and drive to the farms and provide support on site. This happens, for example, through:

The number of homeless cats is increasing significantly and there is little help on site. We are committed regionally and politically to solutions for people and animals.
